Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Paslo ("Paslo", "we", "us"), at paslo.cc and by email. Paslo is based in India. By starting a trial or paying, you agree to them.
The service
Paslo emails you a selection of public LinkedIn posts worth commenting on, with why each matters, a gist, an angle and, if you want one, a draft comment in your voice. Paslo is in beta, so features may change.
Who can use Paslo
You must be 18 or over and give us accurate details about yourself. One account is for one person.
Your part
- You write and post your own comments. Drafts are suggestions, made with AI, and can be wrong: read and rewrite them before posting.
- You follow LinkedIn's own terms when you use LinkedIn.
- You don't use Paslo to spam, harass, mislead or impersonate anyone.
Paslo never logs into LinkedIn for you, never posts, likes, comments or messages on your behalf, and never asks for your LinkedIn password.
Trial, billing and renewal
- The free trial is 6 digests. It needs no card and ends on its own.
- After the trial, Paslo costs $9 (US dollars) a month, unless you were offered a different price when you joined. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Our order process is run by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for all orders. Dodo takes the payment, adds any sales tax and issues receipts, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase.
- We tell you by email at least 7 days before a price change takes effect for you.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time. How cancelling and refunds work is set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
Content
Posts we point you to belong to their authors; we link to them and describe them briefly. The gists, angles and drafts we write for you are yours to use. You let us use what you send us, such as your replies and settings, only to run Paslo for you.
No guarantees
We work to pick good posts, but we don't promise any result, such as more followers, replies or business. Paslo is provided as it is.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the service, and we email you about changes that matter. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Paslo at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
