Refunds and cancellation

Free trial
The trial is 6 digests and costs nothing. No card is needed, and it ends on its own if you don't pay.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@paslo.cc. You won't be charged again, and your digests continue until the end of the month you've paid for.
Refunds
- If you ask within 7 days of a payment, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked.
- After 7 days, the current month isn't refunded, but cancelling stops the next payment.
- If a fault on our side stops your digests for most of a month, we refund that month.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
